Thinking of applying for a role with us? Find out what makes CompanyNet a great place to work.
We believe the biggest benefit we can offer you is a fully-flexible working environment. This enables our staff to balance their work and personal commitments easily. We judge our colleagues by the outcomes of their work, not by the time we see them sitting at their desks.
As part of our efforts to create a positive work/life balance, we make provisions for remote working. Using the same cutting-edge Office 365 technologies we implement for our clients, our systems let you work on projects seamlessly, no matter where you are.
We offer childcare vouchers, which are deducted from your salary before tax and National Insurance calculations, meaning you get a direct saving towards your children’s daycare.
Training and Development
We believe training and development is an essential part of your role. We support all our technologists in gaining Microsoft qualifications, and we will provide you with an MSDN subscription as standard. For those in other areas of the business, we will encourage you to take courses and qualifications relevant to your discipline.
Casual Dress Policy
We have a casual dress policy, which means that, when you’re not meeting clients or performing customer facing roles, you can dress down. It helps create a relaxed environment in which you can work to your optimum, without feeling overdressed!
All staff are given 30 days’ holiday per year – this is made up of 21 holiday days, plus the 8 UK Bank Holidays, and January 2nd.
Creative skills initiative
We are serious about offering our staff a positive work/life balanace. Our creative skills initiative offers an opportunity to further your personal interests. We will fund your participation in an event or training course in something you love doing, so long as it has nothing to do with your job or career.
While it’s not pleasant to think about, it is important to know that your family and loved ones will be safe should anything happen to you. All CompanyNet staff are covered for four times their salary through our death-in-service insurance, meaning your nominated individual will be looked after.
