Andy became CEO in 2007 having had over 20 years' experience consulting in the IT sector specialising in growth companies and start-ups. Since taking the reins, Andy has driven the company forward by ensuring the first-class delivery of successful solutions for our customers.
Andy is regularly involved with all of our customers while providing leadership across CompanyNet’s activities.
Having joined CompanyNet as an apprentice, Adam has progressed to his current role in the Managed services team, where he investigates and resolves customer support queries. He also helps deliver enhancements to our customers.
Adam's main focus is on maintaining good relationships with our customers, ensuring they are happy with our service. He primarily works with our Tesco Bank, Macphie and Scottish Water accounts.
Euan works on our Managed Services and Development teams, providing technical support and advice to our customers around their Office 365 and SharePoint solutions.
His skills include Office 365 tenant administration and troubleshooting, SharePoint development and web development. Euan has supported customers including Standard Life Aberdeen, Tesco Bank, Scottish Water and the Scottish Housing Regulator.
As our IT Manager, Dave is responsible for the administration, maintenance and smooth-running of CompanyNet's IT infrastructure. As well as our own internal systems, he also maintains cloud and on-premise solutions on behalf of some of our customers.
An expert in Azure and Office 365 systems administration, Dave has been with CompanyNet for more than 20 years.
Andy joined CompanyNet following 15 years as a developer in the oil and gas industry, initially as a junior developer and later as a SharePoint specialist.
He is an experienced website, UX designer and web developer, and has also honed his front-end skills as a professional graphic designer.
Veronique is a SharePoint and Office 365 consultant with more than 10 years of technical expertise. She is also a Microsoft MVP for Office Apps & Services.
She has worked for small and large private customers, as well as in the public sector, including NHS and defence. Veronique is an expert in implementing Microsoft solutions, and has been a Technical Lead on multiple projects. Her skills are highly focused around SharePoint, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting.
Simon has worked at CompanyNet for seven years, leading on a large number of projects including NHS Health Scotland, Cairn Energy, Turner Group and Wood Group.
A qualified solutions architect with a degree in software engineering, Simon’s expertise is called on across the business. He delivers consultancy and software design services to all our clients.
Howard has been with CompanyNet since joining as a junior web developer in 1997. He is now responsible for ensuring that our commitment to excellent customer service is delivered.
An honours graduate in English Language and Literature from St Andrews University, Howard holds PRINCE2 certification.
Brian is an experienced business leader, advisor and consultant. As well as chairing our board, he helps our customers achieve the full business benefits of IT-led change.
A Chartered Manager and Chartered IT Professional, Brian has designed, led and implemented many successful change management projects.
Iain develops public sector business within CompanyNet, focussing on sales, marketing and business development processes, contracts and procurement processes, stakeholder and relationship management and programme management.
He brings a wealth of public sector experience to CompanyNet, having previously held senior positions at NHS Health Scotland and Scottish Enterprise.
Duncan has worked at CompanyNet for over 15 years. His role today includes technical project management, custom application and database development, and leading our .Net custom applications team.
He is involved in the ongoing development and support of a number of custom business applications for Disney, BP, and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
As Solution Architect and Technical Lead, Paul oversees all our developers' work. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the development team, including task allocation, testing resources, contractors and partners.
Paul ensures projects are delivered successfully, and that the solution fits the customer's requirements.
Before joining CompanyNet, Stuart worked in consulting and financial services for more than 15 years. His expertise is in software delivery, systems architecture, design and governance.
As Solution Architect, Stuart leads on designing robust systems across our projects. He enjoys understanding new technologies and business approaches that deliver best value for our customers.
An Agile Project Management Practitioner with 7 years’ experience, Samer is responsible for working with our customer and delivery team.
His methodical and enthusiastic approach to each project ensures projects are run on time, to budget and meet every one of our customers’ expectations.
Lynne works with our customers to deliver proactive continuous improvement after their projects have launched.
By understanding each customer’s drivers and organisational context, she helps to anticipate their needs and guides them through the changing digital environment.
Stephen provides project management for a number of our customers, specialising in IT-enabled business change using Office 365 to help organisations work better.
Following time as a national newspaper journalist, Stephen moved into the public sector, where he delivered digital transformation projects for local government and the NHS.
Levi oversees our customers’ needs through their solutions’ support periods.
Leading our busy support team, he coordinates support queries and enhancement requests, manages resource allocation, and ensures we maintain ongoing customer satisfaction.
Levi has a customer-oriented, highly-organised approach to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly so our customers’ systems continue to run smoothly.
James is responsible for capturing our customers’ requirements and designing solutions that best meet their needs.
He works closely with the development team and solution owners to ensure every project is delivered successfully.
James has played a key role in our work with customers including Standard Life, Registers of Scotland, Clydesdale Bank and Hymans Robertson.
Paul has more than 15 years’ experience working with multinational companies across a variety of industries, including the public sector, financial services, oil and gas and utilities sectors.
With his proven track record of delivering solutions across the whole project lifecycle, Paul excels at explaining how our platform-based approach can best meet each customer’s business objectives.
Maria is responsible for designing digital workplace solutions that best fit the needs of our customers' organisations, and - more importantly - their people.
With a background in Solution and Project Delivery for non-profit, healthcare and membership organisations, she knows first-hand that effective engagement with an organisation's people is the key to any project's success.
Taras is responsible for developing and delivering CompanyNet's marketing strategy. He ensures our story is being told through insightful content and effective campaigns.
He has more than ten years' experience in communications roles across the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Alan has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, with a richly varied career including running his own IT business and working for large international businesses.
This breadth of experience gives Alan a complete understanding of our customers’ perspective and needs.
He creates cutting-edge solutions that help unlock the full power of each business’s collective intelligence.
Candy has a wealth of experience in Finance, with a background in Accountancy and Senior Management experience in the hospitality, tourism and attraction industry.
She works closely with the management team, and is responsible for preparing accounts, reporting on company finances and liaising with customers and suppliers on all financial matters.
